Personalised orders

You're responsible for the text and options you choose, including spelling and phone numbers. We print what your preview shows. The 3D preview is a close guide, but printed colours can vary slightly from your screen, and fine layer lines are a normal part of 3D printing.

Don't ask us to print anything offensive or unlawful, or anything that uses someone else's trademark or copyright without permission. We may cancel and fully refund any order that does.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes. The shipping charge for the courier you choose is shown before you pay. All orders are prepaid through Razorpay; we don't offer cash on delivery. If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we'll contact you before making the order, and you can cancel with a full refund.

Your order

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we email you. If we can't make it, for example because an item has sold out, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

The designs, photos and text on this website belong to us. Please don't copy them without permission.

Liability

Pet tags are for identification only; please keep your pet safe and supervised. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to sort things out; otherwise the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
