This policy explains how Keniko Crafts ("we") handles your personal data on kenikocrafts.com.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, when you order.
• What you ask us to print, such as a name or a pet's name and phone number.
• Your order details: items, prices, the courier you chose and payment status.
• Anything you send us by email or phone.

We don't see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay handles payment and tells us only whether it succeeded.

Why we use it

To make, ship and support your order, send you order and delivery updates, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, and keep the records tax and accounting law requires. We don't sell your data and we don't send marketing emails.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to fulfil your order, and only what each one needs:

• Razorpay, to take payment.
• Shiprocket and the courier delivering your parcel: name, phone and address.
• Resend, which sends our order emails.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores order data.

We may also share data when the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back; you can clear it at any time. Razorpay may set cookies during payment.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires (currently up to 8 years), and delete the rest when it's no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, subject to what we must keep by law. Email kenikocrafts@outlook.com.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
