Shipping policy

Made to order

Every item is printed after you order it. We dispatch within 3–5 working days of your payment being confirmed. During festivals it can take a little longer; we'll email you if it does.

Where we ship

We ship across India through courier partners booked via Shiprocket. When you enter your PIN code at checkout we show the couriers that deliver there, with their price and estimated delivery time. If no courier serves your PIN code, we can't take the order online. Please contact us.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge is the price of the courier you choose, shown before you pay and included in your total. Discount coupons apply to items, not to shipping.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–7 working days depending on your location and the courier. Courier estimates aren't guaranteed, and delays caused by the courier, weather or local restrictions are outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships we email you the courier and tracking number. You can also check your order at any time on Track your order with your order number and email.

Address problems and failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or the delivery was refused, we can send it again once you pay the new shipping charge.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, see our cancellations & refunds policy. We'll reprint or refund.
